Section 9901 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) was passed on March 11, 2021, adding section 602 to the Social Security Act and creating the Coronavirus State Fiscal Congress authorized the Child Care Stabilization Subgrant Program through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
